About the Scholarship
The Bailey Scholarship honors one of our most joyful, funny, and encouraging students by celebrating the qualities she shared with everyone she met — kindness, encouragement, inclusivity, positivity, and teamwork. Each year, this scholarship will help more children discover their own voices on stage.

Every fall, Studio Kids will award five full-tuition scholarships to our after-school musical theater programs across the Salt Lake Valley.

Two scholarships are generously funded by Bailey’s family — one for a boy and one for a girl — and Studio Kids provides at least three more each year, because as we say, “every class needs a Bailey.” It's true.
Who Can Be Nominated
The Bailey Scholarship is open to students who show enthusiasm for theater and a happy, generous spirit toward others. Teachers, counselors, and community members are invited to nominate a child who would thrive in the performing arts and uplift their peers along the way.

Nominations open each fall for the upcoming school year. Anyone who knows a student who is a true friend to all and is inspired to perform can submit a nomination.
